SEFT

SEFT.

Today I get iformasi that have therapy to stop smoking that attract me.
Therapy techniques that are SEFT (Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique).
This technique was developed by Ahmad Faiz Zainuddin with PT. Logos Institute.
Therapy using this technique akupresur a squeeze and tap on the meridian energy point can remove the sense of grace while smoking.
According to Faiz Ahmad Zainuddin as a therapy this technique, this therapy has 3 stages that must be passed by the patient.

Stages are:

1. The easy way to do smth taste of cigarettes. effect very quickly, parking is not good taste, tasteless, and can even vomit if smoking.

2. The emotions that accompany the background. So that the smoking habit does not come back, the emotional (psychological factors) that accompanies eg: If you do not smoke can not concentrate, after meals should be smoking, because smoking stress etc.. the emotion is also eliminated with the techniques SEFT. If phase 2 is complete then leave cigarette smokers akan permanently.

3. The sense of loss smoking habit (which is accompanied many years). there are people who have the habit because the loss of smoking habits, eg, often drinking a sweet taste, etc.. But this also can be overcome with SEFT.
